Thomas Wilhelmsen is currently the group chief executive officer of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA and following holding a string of management positions within the Wilhelmsen group.
Thomas Wilhelmsen holds a master of Arts degree from the Herriot-Watt University, Scotland and has completed a number of courses from other universities, including the Programme for Executive Development at IMD, Switzerland.
He currently has board memberships in several companies, including (but not limited to) Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics ASA, Tallyman AS (chair), Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding Invest AS (chair), Skips AS Tudor (Chair), Toluma AS (Chair) and AS Cetus (chair).

Christian Berg joined Wilh Wilhelmsen Holding ASA as group CFO in 2016, after holding senior management positions at various companies including Hafslund ASA (CEO and CFO) and HitecVision (Senior Partner). He has a degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.
He currently has board memberships in several companies including Nordic Corporate Bank ASA, Argentum Asset Management AS, Argentum Fondsinvesteringer AS and Videonor AS (chair).
 
Benedicte Bakke Agerup is currently the CEO of Laho AS and Procerta AS. Her business experience includes senior management positions within the Wilhelmsen group, e.g., CFO at Wilh Wilhelmsen ASA as well as KLP Forsikring (CFO) and DNB. She has a degree in economics from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen, Norway and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
She currently holds board memberships in several companies, including Altera Infrastructure GP LLC, Helseapps AS, Intmed AS, Unifor AS and Civita.
 
Marianne Hagen is currently executive vice president in charge of sustainability and communication at Aker Solutions ASA, joining from The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Deputy Minister. Her business experience includes management positions at the Norwegian Royal Court and the Norwegian Shipowners Association. She holds degrees in Law and Political Science from the University of Oslo.
Her board experience includes the Norwegian foundation Sparebankstiftelsen DNB and Gjensidige ASA.
