• The share price of Hyundai Glovis moved from 115.500 KRW to 130.000 KRW and the USDKRW from 1115 to 1110 during the quarter.
• Treasure ASA’s number of shares in Hyundai Glovis remained unchanged in the quarter and the shares’ market value was 528 mUSD at the end of September.
• As previously communicated the original proposed restructuring of the Hyundai group was abandoned before the summer. Treasure ASA has no information on the timing and structure of a revised restructuring at the time of writing, but remain positive with respect to any restructuring which will improve governance structure.
• Treasure ASA continues to closely monitor relevant newsflow and will inform the market accordingly on material consequences for the company.
